Frequently Asked Questions
To host your masternode with Zaimirai where the 1,000 Dash collateral is held by a third party (for example, with SALT Lending), launch a new masternode from your Zaimirai account and issue a protx register_fund transaction from your Dash Core Wallet.
Issuing a protx register_fund transaction will simultaneously send your 1,000 Dash collateral to the third party and register your new masternode with the Dash network . At this time, all third party masternodes require the Dash Core Wallet.
- Launch a masternode from your NODE40 account. Follow the commissioning and payments prompts.
- When you get to Zaimirai’s step 4 Masternode Registration select the Dash Core Wallet tab. Follow the configuration helper steps 1-13 to issue protx register_fund with the Dash network and your third party lender.
protx register_fund [Third Party Public Address] [IP Address]:9999 [Owner Key] [Operator Public Key] [Voting Key] 0 [Public Key Payout Address] [Public Key Fund Address]
- Click NEXT on your Zaimirai page.
Once complete, your 1,000 Dash collateral will be transferred to third party address specified and will be registered as a Deterministic Dash Masternode. The final Debug Console output is your masternode’s ProTx Hash. The ProTX Hash identifies the unique combination of the masternode’s collateral, index and owner key. A registered masternode will be added to the network after a single confirmation. This will take a few minutes after you issue the PROTX. You will see an updated status of ENABLED on your Zaimirai monitor page shortly.
